In connection with the Winter 2011 CONCORDIA JOURNAL and the Seminary’s partnership with Lutheran World Relief, a collection of writings by past and present Concordia Seminary colleagues on issues of suffering, pain, and catastrophe.
The 2nd Hispanic Theological Consultation, and the 6th Annual Lecture in Hispanic/Latino Theology & Missions, will take place at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, March 14-16, 2011.
Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, will host its winter 2011 Lay Bible Institute from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings, Jan. 12, 19, 26, & Feb. 2 in Sieck Hall on the Seminary campus. “400 Years of Bibles and Battles: From the King James to Modern Translations” will be presented by Dr. Jeffrey Kloha, professor at Concordia Seminary.
Concordia Seminary’s annual “Schola Cantorum: An Adult Choir Member Workshop” will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011. This year’s clinician is Dr. Timothy Peter.

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, will host an open forum featuring presentations on behalf of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and the Anglican Church of North America. The forum is on Wednesday, November 10, 7:30PM, in Werner Auditorium.
The first Bach at the Sem concert of the season will take place this Sunday, October 10, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus on the Concordia Seminary campus
