“Translation Opens the Window”: A Service Praising God on the 400th Anniversary of the King James Bible will be held on Sunday, Nov. 6, at 3:00 p.m. on the campus of Concordia Seminary
“Rediscovering the Art of Preaching” is the title of the 22nd Annual Theological Symposium, to be held Sept. 20-21 on the campus of Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. In conjunction with the Theological Symposium, Concordia Seminary will host its annual Day of Exegetical Reflection on Monday, Sept. 19, on the theme “The Bible in English: Its Present and Future.”
Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, will host its winter 2011 Lay Bible Institute from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings, Jan. 12, 19, 26, & Feb. 2 in Sieck Hall on the Seminary campus. “400 Years of Bibles and Battles: From the King James to Modern Translations” will be presented by Dr. Jeffrey Kloha, professor at Concordia Seminary
