New video reading guide for “A Case for Character”
Joel Biermann’s new book A Case for Character charts the map for navigating the popular field of “virtue ethics” from a genuinely Lutheran perspective. A new series of short videos unpacks the key concepts (think: teleology) and figures (think: Stanley Hauerwas) in the book for readers—particularly pastors, students, and interested lay people—who aren’t necessarily trained in the field. The videos are a perfect introduction to the book, and a perfect companion to reading it. The free videos are suitable for individuals or small group study.
The video series is available at CSLScholar.

Was unable to get any sound on the video introduction portions.

Thanks for the question. There actually isn’t any sound to accompany the introductions to the videos.
