David Maxwell, this time with some help from Erik Herrmann, continues his video series at the organ of Concordia Seminary’s Chapel of St. Timothy and St. Titus. Dr. Maxwell discusses—and plays—what is known as J. S. Bach’s Credo Fugue, based on Martin Luther’s creedal hymn “We All Believe in One True God” (Lutheran Service Book 954).

    Dave,
Just listened to your latest installment. You and Erik gave some wonderful insights into what is truly a beautiful hymn. That Bach guy was a genius, and you are no slouch yourself.
