Tangible: Theology Learned and Lived explores the ways in which theology permeates all aspects of life. Through conversations with the faculty of Concordia Seminary, we will challenge you to deepen your theology and live out your faith in Christ. Jessica Bordeleau talks with a variety of guests on a variety of topics. There is something different in every episode, but all point to the intersection of faith and daily life. It’s tangible: theology learned and lived.
“We are frustrated and exhausted by how divided we are, but we don’t know what to do about it,” says Dr. Chad Lakies, vice president of ministry engagement at Lutheran Hour Ministries. Lakies’s new book How the Light Shines Through: Resilient Witness in Dark Times explores the church’s response to its declining cultural influence and how that changes the ways we share our faith in Jesus. Lakies and President Emeritus Dr. Dale A. Meyer discuss “insider versus outsider” mentality and explore some ways to build positive relationships with those on the other side of the fence.
In the conversation, Lakies mentions resources that he’s helped to develop at Lutheran Hour Ministries. You can find them here:
