Dr. Glenn Fluegge invites the public to his online workshop, “Grounding our Mission in God’s Mission: A Theology of Mission for Today’s Increasingly Multicultural and Unchurched Society.” “As Christians living in the United States you know just as well as I do that things have changed over the last 50 years,” says Fluegge, director of the Cross-cultural Ministry Center, Concordia University, Irvine, Calif. The workshop, part of Concordia Seminary’s Prof Insights: Faculty-Led Workshop Series, will be held May 10-12. Registration is $100. The registration deadline is April 23. The workshop will explore the mission of God throughout the Bible and uncover key missionary themes that will bolster our confidence and enthusiasm to joyfully engage our surrounding communities and boldly bear witness to the love of God in Christ Jesus.
